Items will be despatched once payment has cleared and most rugs should arrive within 7 working days. Due to covid -19, deliverys may be delay.

If you are not satisfied for any reason,or If the product is faulty or defective on arrival, We cover shipping BACK to our warehouse and honor a 100% money-back guarantee.
Products must be in usable and resell-able condition, and to be returned in their original status and packaging. Products damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence are not eligible.
If an exchange or refund of the Rugs you bought is required, then please:
– Call our customer service – Return the items to us, within two weeks of purchase date. – Provide us with the tracking ID of the parcel.
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of us receiving the goods with notification confirmed via the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or dampened with.
